Please bring back the multiple tab row feature. I typically have 10 to 15 files opened at once and the single tab row runs out of room. I am aware of the Alt+Ctrl+O button  at the end of the tab row but dont like it. Kate 3.11.5 had a multi row tab bar plugin that was quite nice, please make that plugin available for this version of kate
