When trying to "save as" file opened by KIO (ftp, sftp, samba) I am directed to home dir instead of file working dir as it was in earlier relases. For local files it works correctly - file dialog opens in working directory of current file.

I noticed it after upgrading to Kubuntu 17.04.
Kate 16.12.3 (4:16.12.3-0ubuntu1).
Embedded Kate is also affected (KDevelop).

"Open" dialog is also affected. When working with local files it defaults to current working dir, when working with files opened by KIO it defaults to home dir.
