16.08.2-2.2.1 is the KOrganizer5 version shown in Yast. On openSuse 42.2 with updates through yesterday. Accepting invitations in the form of .ics or iCal files, into an existing calendar, often results in a message from KOrganizer that "one entry accepted" but it is not displayed on either the Month or Agenda view.
could you provide screenshot please ?
Could you be more specific about what to include in the screen shot? The day's page with no entry doesn't seem of much help. Would the calendar file be of use?
Created attachment 106542 [details] .ics file that failed to produce a visible even in KOrganizer
Created attachment 106543 [details] screenshot of day: no display after import of .ics file Could not attach the .ics file as the link to it was to a script and not directly to the file. In future, I'll try to download and save the .ics file that doesn't display to see if it is a direct link or through a script.
After an update to several utils packages, all of my calendar entries disappeared.
A new .ics file failed to appear on the 'month' page. A few seconds later KOrganized quite unexpectedly and three events entered since the last mass extinction also disappeared. The offending .ics file is attached: dlabelinglivuly2017.ics.
Created attachment 106711 [details] .ics file that failed to produce a visible event in KOrganizer, which then crashed This event failed to appear, then almost immediately KOrganizer 'quit unexpectedly' and all events disappeared.
All calendar entries vanished and new entries don't appear even though the "entry accepted" message appears. Just yesterday upgraded the kernel in openSuse 42.2. Related or "post hoc ergo propter hoc"?
Created attachment 107313 [details] screenshot--email with calendar link showing date & Time of event Reminder message contains like to calendar file and shows date and time of event.
Created attachment 107314 [details] screenshot--KOrganizer says incicent imported but not visible This screenshot taken after the other jpg of email; shows date and time where event should appear is blank.
