Kdenlive Version 15.12.3
with KDE Frameworks 5.18.0 and Qt 5.5.1 (built against 5.5.1)

under Kubuntu 17.04 (Linux 4.4.0.17)

Unable to use Transform clip effect
- Transform effect is not translated in the effect list (would be « Transformer » in french)
- Clicking Transform line leads to « Pivoter et cisailler » (Rotate and shear) effect

Error on my Ubuntu version :
it is Kubuntu 16.04.2 LTS

The Transform clip effect should now be correctly translated with Kdenlive 18.08 and also applies normally.

Please reopen this bug report if you encounter this issue again with a newer version of Kdenlive.
