Some transitions who are ok on timeline video edditng dissapeared on the rendering file... I try many times, even after deleted cache files but it continue to bug, more and more...
(the problem still also without the proxy clips option)
I can confirm this behaviour. In my case, I filmed with two cameras, placed the two clips in "Video1" and "Video2" tracks, respectively. Then I added a "Composite" transition between the two tracks over the full length. I then edited a number of transitions by using key frames and "opacity" value. The resulting rendered file showed only some of the transitions and seems to "forget" others.

In my case, after an update (-> 17.04.1) the transitions like Dissolve, Diaporama, or several other don't work anymore.
Please try with the actual Kdenlive AppImage version 18.08.2 Run the Appimage from the terminal (press CTRL + ALT + T). Move to the AppImage folder and run the .AppImage: ./Kdenlive*.AppImage
