Description Alex 2017-05-08 08:07:21 UTC
I've got ms designer mouse and it seems to have trouble with pairing. Mouse has two modes, for pairing and for normal operation. To correctly pair it I need first to turn on pairing mode on and then run wizard (I need to use pin). When I first run wizard and then turn pairing mode on there is no way to pair mouse - KDE sees mouse as connected only in pairing mode, mouse is disconnected in normal operation mode. I can provide log files to help debugging but need info what logs to attach.

Works for me (I have exactly the same mouse).
Try to power off the bluetooth after the pairing, and try again.
Comment 2 Alex 2017-05-08 09:40:55 UTC
It mainly works when:
- turn on system
- turn on pairing mode on mouse
- click + and invoke wizard
- pair
- no bluetooth restart needed, mouse automatically goes into normal mode

But it doesn't work for me with such scenario:
- turn on system
- click + and invoke wizard
- turn on pairing mode on mouse, wait for mouse to appear
- try to pair, here pairing always fail
