Hi!
For read only news groups (like KDE on news.uslinuxtraining.com)  the option "Follow up to newsgroup" should be disabled.

The message "An error occured:440 posting is not allowed" is confusing and does not give any hint "why" it is not allowed and should IMHO be hidden from the user.

[Mass change for wishlist between year 2002 and 2003] KNode is no longer maintained.
