Description milena 2017-05-02 18:41:38 UTC
The cursor is not displayed on the canvas.
And when you make a stroke, the stroke does not appear on the canvas.
Already perform all system updates. Did not work

Hi Milena,

I'm still pretty sure you're suffering from an outdated Intel display driver. Check https://docs.krita.org/KritaFAQ#Krita_starts_with_a_black_or_blank_canvas_and_nothing_changes_when_you_try_to_draw.2Fshows_a_black_or_blank_screen_on_my_Windows_system_with_an_Intel_GPU -- start with disabling opengl and then try to find whether there's a newer display driver for your system.

Interestingly, I see that a lot of people who report this problem cause the bug to be reported twice, almost as if the web browser also has an update problem!

But it's not a bug in Krita, I'm afraid :-( If it were, we could fix it!
