It is lagging with whatever size page I use no matter how small or big this never happened before cause i always have a lot of things going on this is the first time that it lags and I do repeat it lags with whatever size I use even if it's custom or not

Um... So, if I understand you correctly, you're using Krita 3.1.2 on Windows. Until recently you did not have performance problems, but then suddenly, without you updating Krita to a newer version, you started having performance problems?

If that's so, something else must have changed on your computer that causes problems. 

You're not telling us anything useful, like the version of Windows, your hardware specifications, your display driver version or whether you have "security" software installed like an antivirus program that's not Windows Defender or Sandboxie... 

So, this is just a list of guesses: you can try to:

* Reset your krita configuration: https://docs.krita.org/KritaFAQ#Resetting_Krita_configuration

* Enable or disable opengl in krita/settings/configure krita/display
