I get this when I try to create a Google account from System Settings -> Online Accounts. I click the '+' on the bottom or '+ Create' from the left panel then click the Google button. Error box title is 'Unable to finish -- System Settings' with this error in the text of the box.

Looking for plugin ""
Starting auth session with "oauth2"
Info:
        Id: 6
        caption: "google"
        owner: ""
