Installed Marble-setup_2.2.0_x64.exe
Trying to start Marble get me the Error

marble-qt.exe - Systemerror
Qt5PrintSupportd.dll is missing

Windows 8.1

Thanks for reporting. Please use the new installer at https://files.kde.org/marble/downloads/windows/Marble-setup_2.2.0-1_x64.exe which does not have that problem anymore.
