konsole (16.04.3) using Qt 5.6.1

- What I was doing when the application crashed:
Opened Konsole, ran "ls" in a folder, and exited via "exit".

- Unusual behavior I noticed:
Lots of KDE-related applications tends to crash, especially Konsole after running for a while. I also have some update issues with the taskbar, where the clock sometimes doesn't change the hour (until I mouse over). Plus when I start/exit applications, the other icons start to tear vertically with one half "jumping" up and down over the icon below.
