Android app could allow one-click session lock, halt or reboot, or, execute custom commands.

While there is nothing more specific, you can use the "run command" plugin to implement this yourself.

Thank you, setup command 'lock' on PC:
qdbus org.kde.screensaver /org/freedesktop/ScreenSaver Lock
and new option will show on App.
