Coming from using unity I find having window names on the left more intuitive and natural feeling.
It would be great to have the ability to move the window titles around in a similar fashion to moving the window controls.

Thanks for the suggestion 
The feature is already implemented in breeze and oxygen.
When selecting a window decoration you can click the corresponding configuration button and from there change the title alignment. 
Closing as fixed.

ah great so it is!
There are 2 "window decoration" and "window decorations" I didn't realize they were different!
