The drop-down menus in Right-To-Left (RTL) mode appears in the wrong place far away from the where it's expected!

Looks like a bug in QtQuick Controls ComboBox, reported upstream to Qt (but I have little hope of it being fixed as QQC1 are pretty dead): https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-60380
