Mesa 13, driver amdgpu, Fedora 25
Example: in Thunderbird you open filter option, the new little frame/window will be shown as strange stuff / ghost window on your screen and you will not be able to interact with it and you are not even able to interact with the underlying  Thunderbird, so you are forced to SIGTERM it

This sounds like a problem in Thunderbird to me.
