Krita crashes when attempting to duplicate a selection mask by r clicking on the mask and selecting duplicate or by clicking on the duplicate layer icon.
Behavior: Window's "program has to close" dialogue appears and the only thing to do is close the program.

Thanks for your report. I haven't been able to reproduce. Could you please follow https://docs.krita.org/Dr._Mingw_debugger and try to create a crash log?

This is an update to Bug rept 378599. Boudewijn Rempt <boud@valdyas.org>  requested that I submit more info: Duplicated the crash and obtained the crash log (Attached) 
To submit this updated report, I downloaded a newer version (3.1.2.1) of Krita portable. The original crash report was made re 3.0.1.1
Both incidents occurred using portable versions of Krita

BTW, I couldn't find the download link for the debug package mentioned at 
https://docs.krita.org/Dr._Mingw_debugger#Using_the_Debug_Package
Maybe that is not necessary?

You can always find the debug symbol zips in the corresponding download folder. For stable releases:


https://download.kde.org/stable/krita

For unstable

https://download.kde.org/unstable/krita

I'll try to clarify that tutorial page.
