When battery fell to below Low level, suspend system, connect AC Power, charge battery to above Low level, disconnect AC Power, found that Power Management still recognize battery power level is under Low level. coz when open Power Management settings, "Energy Saving" is in "On Low Battery" tab, and screen will dimmed as setting in "On Low Battery".

I am not able to reproduce the issue with Plasma 5.24. Can you?
