Hi,
I have been using KDE Neon with plasma 5.9.4.
Everything works just fine accept for electron(https://electron.atom.io/) based apps. For example if I start Visual Studio Code version 1.10 the global menu widget does get get the menu items but they become inactive or unusable. I have checked some other apps based on electron framework, same thing happens.
