Description Nate Graham 2017-04-04 16:49:07 UTC
Distro: openSUSE Tumbleweed
KDE version: 5.9.4
GwenView version: 16.12.3

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create several image files with filenames that are sequential numbers (e.g. 8.png, 9.png, 10.png, 11.png)
2. Open one in GwenView
3. Look at the ordering in the thumbnail bar

Expected result:
The images are displayed in numerical order (8, 9, 10, 11)

Actual result:
The images are displayed in alphabetical order (10, 11, 8, 9)
Comment 1 Nate Graham 2017-04-21 04:42:25 UTC
Somehow the behavior at issue reverted to the appropriate one since I filed the bug.
Comment 2 Christoph Feck 2017-04-21 10:28:14 UTC
Yes, Tumbleweed developers recently added the patch mentioned in bug 343452.
Comment 3 Nate Graham 2017-04-21 13:27:55 UTC
Ok, cool. Resolved upstream, then.
Comment 4 Nate Graham 2017-04-21 13:28:13 UTC
Er, downstream.
Comment 5 Niels 2020-03-14 09:41:56 UTC
I'd much prefer the sort order to be (10, 11, 8, 9).
