proposed patch for support/mailing_lists.html

Current Valgrind page about "Mailing Lists and IRC" suggests that valgrind-users and valgrind-developers mailing lists are mirrored at "Gmane". This is no longer true. Nevertheless, they are mirrored at sourceforge.net, the same way as valgrind-testresults are.
