digiKam supports LUT3D tables, and the application comes with several presets. However, it would be nice if the user could use their own custom LUT3D or Hald-CLUT tables. It could be implemented as a Load button that lets the user to select a table.

GmicQt tool for digiKam Image Editor has a very powerful Lut3D customizer and filter:
