OS: Windows 8.1 (full update)
Konquerror: 4.10.2

1. Constantly requests to choose "where do we open the file".
2. When you try to unpack the archive using 7-zip, it gives an error:

Answer:
1. How to build konquerror latest version?
2. Build support ICC?
3. How do I select the components that I need during the build?
I do not need a browser, only a file manager with the ability to restore sessions.

I doubt Konqueror is suitable for Windows. Reassigning to kde-windows team.

Please report more descriptive bug reports. Using an indescriptive bug title + 'blablabla' doesn't help.

If you want a file manager, build Dolphin via Craft.

1) Install Craft: https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Build_from_source/Windows
2) Run: craft dolphin
