Confirmation dialog

Steps for reproduce:
1. Open Dolphin
2. Check confirmation dialog when deleting files permanently
3. Press Shift+Delete without selecting any file/dir
Result: it shows confirmation dialog "Do you really want to delete these 0 items?"
Should be: no reaction

Update name of the delete action in the .rc files

Summary:
Small regression in commit 68bb0ec22a. We need to use the new (standard)
name for the delete action, otherwise it won't be properly
enabled/disabled.
