Klipper copied files with disabled "Synchronise contents" option

Klipper stores all the files that are cut/copied using standard system command (ctr+v/ctr+c). In the options the check-box in "Synchronize the content of clipboard..." is disabled. See attached screenshot.

Hmm maybe it's somehow related to the old bug from 2015 ? #348932
