I have updated the system on 2017/03/22 and all desktop blink. I have OpenGl 2.0 and it blink. I choose OpenGl 3.1 and it no blink. With OpenGL 3.1 it is perfect.
what exactly do you mean by "blink"?
I still don't have any idea what blink should be.
