Since the upgrade to 5.9.x the system setting network connections is missing the connect button. 

Apart from rebooting, this button was the only way to actually connect to network when the network widget from the system tray would go blank and stay blank, which happens quite a lot (about every other day).

Please restore this button (and fix the wonky behavior of the system tray network widget).

Using latest 5.9.3 on manjaro 64 bits.
