The volume control on a window playing audio is shown on all windows of that application, even those not playing audio. I suppose this also affects volume control when both the windows are independently playing audio.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a web browser (window1)
2. Open another window of the web browser (window2)
3. Play some audio in window2
4. See that the volume icon appears in both window1 and window2
