The urls behind the line numbers point to the always last line in the file.
E.g. "sublime/document.h: line# 55 (1)" has http://lxr.kde.org/source/extragear/kdevelop/kdevplatform/sublime/document.h#0146 as link behind "55"
(from http://ebn.kde.org/krazy/reports/extragear/kdevelop/kdevplatform/index.html)

Might be related to the fact that the link behind the filename also has a line number hash added, also pointing to the last line, which seems strange?
