I am maintaining k3b for KF5 right now https://github.com/KDE/k3b it will be
released as KDE Applications 17.04.0 soon!

but v2.0.3 was not be maintained any more!

Hi Rudolf,

You can use CDEmu to test http://www.leetcode.cn/2016/08/k3b.html#test for saving your CD.
and please try cdrtools http://cdrtools.sourceforge.net/private/cdrecord.html instead of cdrkit (unmaintained) http://www.leetcode.cn/2016/08/k3b.html#bug
