Description kdebuac.rhn 2017-03-06 10:40:02 UTC
The plasma process takes up 130-140% CPU whenever files are being copied. This is similar to the problem with taking up >100% CPU whenever connecting to a network, therefore I'm guessing the spinning animation in Plasma is the culprit.

To reproduce:
1. Copy a big file from A to B

Happens every time.

Hardware: Intel Ivy Bridge CPU with HD3000 GPU
System: Fedora 24, modesetting Xorg driver, Plasma with OpenGL
