Short video showing the problem

Rotation of a web browser widget makes the web page to grow out of the container widget.

Reproducible:
Always

Steps to reproduce:
1. Add a web browser widget to plasma desktop
2. Rotate it
3. Marvel at incorrect rendering

Actual results:
The website is rendered outside the wiget

Expected results:
It should stay inside the widget
