Description Frank Steinmetzger 2017-02-26 01:12:39 UTC
Go to System settings → Shortcuts → Global shortcuts. The list in which to select the component is not read-only. I.o.w. double-clicking in the list or pressing F2 lets the user rename items.

I first noticed it in Plasma 5.8, but 5.9 is also affected.
