Gwenview always sets system volume to 100% when showing a confirmation dialog for  deletion of a file, or for unsaved changes to pictures when closing the app.

OS: Debian GNU/Linux 9.0 (stretch) - actual
Output device: Built-in Audio Analog Stereo
Backend: Phonon VLC

Does it also happen with Phonon gstreamer backend?
