Description z-uo 2017-02-25 18:11:30 UTC
Only if the frame as been created by a selection

Here are the steps:
In the timeline, create a frame, draw something on it (check show in timeline)
select some of the drawing, ctrl c and ctrl v create a new layer (check show in timeline) and right clic, copy frame
Create a third layer (check show in timeline), take the frame you just created, drag and drop it in the blank layer

The result is the content of the frame move on the canvas to go in the top left corner

I'm pretty sure there are more places where a paste is always placed in the top-left; I guess that frame copy/paste bypasses the usual copy/paste in layers.

If i move a layer it moves on the canvas without being selected. The whole image is then moved up. Not top left.

+1 can confirm really annoying bug :)

It's not moved to top left it's moved probably based on contents of the layer on different frame (I think..)

It appears this bug was fixed between 3.1.2 and 3.1.3.

If the bug still occurs with newer versions, please reopen with updated steps to reproduce it.
