I setted Okular to use "entire page" as default view for opened documents, but it still uses page width as default view.

Mmmh I noticed that this happens only with certain documents, not with every document...

You understand default view is for documents you've never opened before right? For the rest the last view you used in those documents is used.

I did not know about that
