"Go to address" is shown in launcher, it isn't in dashboard.
To replicate just type in web address in dashboard. When related bookmarks are saved only bookmarks are shown. It is ok with launcher, "go to" is shown correctly.

that would be the list of enabled runners is different betweek kickoff and dashboard. should it be different or different ones make sense?

[Kickoff / App Dash] Support "locations" runner

This enables opening website urls (e.g. http://www.kde.org) through Kickoff and Application Dashboard.
Also allows it to find folders (e.g. "Pictures") and makes it consistent with Kickoff.
