Description SEoF 2017-02-13 10:48:45 UTC
I've disabled caps-lock and have had it this way for the last couple of years. I have recently upgraded from 14.04 to 16.04, and since the upgrade, I've noticed I caps-lock is re-enabled after starting up. Taking a look at the config settings, it should be disabled. Changing the settings and clicking "apply" seems to fix it, but I have to do this every time I boot up.

Thanks

Also, I'm on KDE 5.5.5

Is this under Advanced > Caps Lock behaviour > Caps Lock is disabled?
