And as community.kde.org is the wiki for the people working _on_ kde products, not _with_ products, I would propose to _not_ add it also to the footer, this is an internal facing wikis, no reason to confuse 3rd-party people with it. Entry could be perhaps, taken from https://wiki.kde.org/: " community.kde.org Working area for the KDE community. It provides a place for sharing information within the community. " (BTW, to spare a separate bug, can "Qt Documentation" in the footer become https, not http only?)
SVN commit 1482461 by kvermette: Added the community wiki link; though I edited the description provided a bit as we'd have some redundant wording. Also updated to an https link in the footer; I previously linked to an outdated page which didn't accept https, when I switched to docs.qt.io I didn't switch back to https. FInally, though not in this bug, I added techbase to the list of wikis to complete the trifecta; even though techbase is already listed under "develop", I think it helps that people know they can "get involved" with that wiki as well, not implying it's developers-only in some way.
