After creating a form with libreoffice and exported to pdf, okular after check mark of the check box, it print the number 8 instead X.
We're going to need such a pdf to test.

Here (Okular 0.20.3, poppler 0.24.5) it works fine

Oh, sorry, I missed that... Now that I tried pringint it, my system completely locked up :-)
I can confirm this with current git master. I'll attach the document that I got from randomly clicking a few check boxes in the original file, and printing to pdf. Note the '8' symbols where check marks should be.
