Content shown by the default browser (empty content)

By default when pressing F3 for an .xml file, no useful content is shown.
I think it tries to render the file as HTML.

Can you try on a newer version of Krusader? (2.7.x)
Comment 3 David Pérez 2019-09-13 08:45:16 UTC
Tried with Krusader 2.7.2 and KDE Neon, and the result is that I have to edit the file in order to see its contents.

I attach a sample XML....

XML in viewer

This is your file as seen by Krusader; there is something in you package situation, I had it too but after some update seems to be gone.

My actual setup is :

Operating System: Slackware 14.2
KDE Plasma Version: 5.16.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.61.0
Qt Version: 5.13.0

KDE was compiled by AlienBOB, I have to check my own compile and KDE Neon.

I'm using KDE Plasma 5.16.5, latest KDE Neon based on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS.

Also KDE Frameworks Version: 5.61.0, Qt 5.12.3, Kernel 5.0.0-27generic
Comment 9 Toni Asensi Esteve 2019-09-15 16:17:34 UTC
I confirm what Davide wrote. It works for me using Kubuntu 18.04, its Spanish language (what probably David Pérez is using) and the latest git version of Krusader. I will attach a screenshot.

David, can you follow the "compile Krusader from source" instructions:
   https://cgit.kde.org/krusader.git/tree/INSTALL
and try it again?
