Created attachment 103939 [details] titlebar color leak illustration I am using a custom color theme for my Plasma 5.85. There seem to be some color leak issues going on for the title bar. The relevant part from the .colors file is as follows: [WM] activeBackground=21,101,192 activeBlend=20,19,18 activeForeground=187,222,251 inactiveBackground=216,27,96 inactiveBlend=219,219,219 inactiveForeground=240,98,146 My active foreground is blue and inactive foreground pink. And the issue is that the pink leaks into the active window's title bar (sometimes blue will also leak into inactive title bar). Not sure what caused it but really annoying. I don't think this issue is specific to my custom color theme. Other custom themes can also demonstrate this issue.
Can you perhaps make a video how to reproduce this? Also, is it just Chrome that exhibits this behavior? Your System Settings window seems fine.
The problem described in comment #0 is with the active System Settings window. Between the blue title bar and the gray window surface an orange line is visible which should not be there.

With all colour schemes, we use the "selection color" (here orange) as a separator line between the active window title bar, and the window content. With the default breeze color scheme, this is the "blue" line you see between the dark title bar and the grey content. ... But i too though this was more about the chrome window (which i then believe is more of a compositing bug/display driver, than window decoration bug), but then let us wait for the reporter to clarify what really is the bug.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I meant the separator line between the active window title bar. It is invisible when (In reply to Hugo Pereira Da Costa from comment #3) > (In reply to Christoph Feck from comment #2) > > The problem described in comment #0 is with the active System Settings > > window. Thank you for the reply. Yes, it is the issue with the pinkish separator. Thank you for letting me know this is not a bug, I shall just change the selection color then :)
ok. All clear. Closing as "not a bug" then. But thanks for reporting ! Best, Hugo
