Created attachment 103918 [details] Rotate filter bug (white lines) When applying a "rotate (keyframable)" or "rotate & shear" filter to my clip, the fact of rotating the image 180º produces some random white lines on the side of the picture. (I have attached a screenshot) Steps to reproduce : - Create a new project - Add a clip to the timeline - Add a "rotate (keyframable)" filter to the clip on the timeline - Set "Rotate X" to 1800 - Render/export the result (mp4) Random white lines are moving on the left side of the rendered video Cheers!
I cannot reproduce this... How did you get kdenlive? Which version of MLT do you have installed?
That's actually a duplicate; it's a problem with the affine transition which causes artifacts due to incorrectly initialized memory. I'm seeing such artefacts from time to time, depending on the specific project. Even with a regression project, the results might be different on a different system installation. Ugly bug.
Please try with the actual Kdenlive AppImage version 18.08.3 Run the Appimage from the terminal (press CTRL + ALT + T). Move to the AppImage folder and run the .AppImage: ./Kdenlive*.AppImage
This report is related to very old unmaintained version. A lot changed since then, especially the timeline got a complete rewrite and the effects updated. Please try with the current Kdenlive AppImage version 20.12.2 https://download.kde.org/stable/kdenlive/20.12/linux/
