Hello,
just a minor bug I found in the Git version of kaffeine (probably also valid for older versions). Í watch TV and everything works great, and if I press mute, the sound is gone and the symbol changes to the speaker symbol with the cross. Now I close kaffeine and start it again. There is no sound, although the symbol shows not the cross. To hear sound I have to mute first and then remove the mute again. This was pretty confusing and it would be nice to see this fixed. Thank you.

Added a logic that will make Kaffeine to tell libVLC to unmute the source when the libVLC instance is created. This should fix the issue.
