On Mac there is an option to auto-hide all scrollbars if the user does not actively use the mouse or a trackpad. If find this option very useful because it makes all applications look much nicer. Would be cool to have the same option on KDE.

We recently decided to do the following:
- Always show when on the desktop
- Always hide when not in use (i.e. autohide) on mobile
