Getting "Timeout on server MyServer" message in dolphin specifying following 
SMB://MyServer/MyDirectory.

When I change the Server Name component to the dotted IP address, I don't get the error and Dolphin properly opens the Networked File Structure. 

Running latest drops of Neon Development Stable and User Environment(see source below). This issue fails hard on both versions.

Dolphin versions are 16.12.2 and 16.12.1 respectively.
