My wireless is being shut down when I try do make downloads, and it reaches to 60 or 80 MB. 
If I try to see a video too, at YouTube, for example, in something like 10 or 15 minutes of video, the wireless is shut down.
It actually appears like I am connected, but no data is transferred, and other times it appears disconected but, when I conect againd, it don't transfer any data, unless I reboot the notebook.

Unfortunately this is not a bug in plasma-nm, but rather in NetworkManager or your wifi driver. Report this bug please to NetworkManager bugzilla:
