Incorrect fonts in pager

Hi,

I have chosen some icons from FontAwesome as my virtual desktop names. The first time KDE starts up, fonts are not displayed correctly. Then I go to fonts settings, click on the "Choose" button for fixed width font, then without changing anything click OK and then apply and fonts in pager are fixed. I have Noto Mono 24 as my fixed width font.

Well that's interesting.

The bug is definitely not in pager code, and it would take a good hunt to figure out where in the byzantine font stack it is ...

Can't reproduce - after startup and after reapplying - the same fonts are displayed 

Plasma: 5.12.1
Apps: 17.12.2
Frameworks: 5.43.0
Qt: 5.10.1
Kernel: 4.14.20-2-MANJARO
OS: Netrunner Rolling

Me neither. Let's call it fixed somewhere else in the font rendering stack.
