In KDE Neon user (as of  February 2, 2017) seems that I'm not able to rearrange pinned applications in icons-only task manager. 

I have uploaded a video which demonstrates this issue at

Possible dupe of bug 376059 and vice-versa.

The video shows part of the same behavior I am seeing as reported in bug 376059, so yes, seems like mine is a duplicate.

I'm on OpenSUSE Tumbleweed with Plasma 5.9.2 and I am still experiencing this bug with the icons only task manager. It is frustrating that I cannot arrange my pinned icons the way I want.
