Description Wladimir Palant 2017-01-31 14:13:23 UTC
I am using Krusader 2.4.0-beta3 on Ubuntu 16.04.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select a file in Krusader and press F4 to open it in editor.
2. Switch back to Krusader, select another file and press F4 again.
3. Press Ctrl+Tab in the editor window.

Expected result:

The editor window switches tabs, bringing you to the file you opened in Step 1.

Actual result:

A tab character is inserted into the text, same as pressing Tab without any modifiers. This is inconsistent compared to files opened for viewing, there Ctrl+Tab works as expected.

I cannot reproduce it with version 2.5.0. Please test with 2.5.0 and reopen this issue if there are still problems.

Yes, I can still reproduce in 2.5.0, compiled from source code. Note that this is only about editing, viewing works fine.
Comment 3 Toni Asensi Esteve 2017-02-01 09:04:13 UTC
As strange as it may seem: the bug is seen if, for example, Kubuntu 16.04 is used.

In fact, I just built from master (revision 5056272) and I can still reproduce.
